8mm interlocking tiles suit general training, cardio and home gyms. For heavy lifting and dropped weights we recommend thicker impact tiles (up to 1″) or dedicated lifting platforms. We’ll recommend the right mix for each zone.
Often, yes. Interlocking tiles can go over concrete and many existing hard floors without glue. We check the subfloor on the site visit and tell you if anything needs prep first.
Yes — we source the flooring and install it with our own crew, so you deal with one company from quote to finished floor.

Yes. Commercial-grade rubber absorbs impact and protects the subfloor. For Olympic lifting we add thicker tiles or platforms in the lifting zones.
