Matt was very knowledgeable about what materials are permitted by Vancouver bylaws and was reliable and punctual during their busiest season. His team was also able to replant cedar trees that had to be excavated before the installation, which was great. We are very happy with a backyard that is much more functional for our family. They installed a basketball court, added paving stones and decorative rock, flattened the backyard for better use, and put in artificial turf in the front. Matt was professional, easy to work with, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. He listened carefully to our ideas, offered helpful suggestions, and helped guide us toward better choices that suited our needs. One thing that really stood out was how reliable and communicative he was. He showed up when he said he would, always kept us in the loop about the next steps, and welcomed our input along the way. He even went above and beyond by doing a few extra things for us that weren’t originally planned, which we really appreciated.
